Update: Kitchen Worktops have refunded my payment in full. Apparently the problem was with the Hermes delivery system.
Further update: Kitchen Worktops have today delivered the product ordered, free of charge, by Royal Mail. How's that for service!

We have, this morning, having received your review, tracked the journey of the parcel from Hermes UK to the Isle of Man. The last log was on 3rd Jan 2022, showing as out for delivery with your local courier. We will chase this with Hermes to attempt to find the parcel. In the event the parcel has gone missing we will issue you with a full refund.

A beautiful product and excellent service throughout
I can thoroughly recommend buy-kitchen-worktops. Their initial quote was provided very promptly, despite the COVID situation and their price was significantly lower than some competitors. Jason Goss, the Director, explained the process of purchasing a Corian worktop clearly, from measuring and survey, to having the template made and final fitting. The company was very accommodating when I had to slightly shift the date, and maintained excellent communications by telephone and email at every stage. My worktop was installed today by skilled fitters, who ensured that I was happy with everything and left me with care products and instructions. I am really pleased with the quality of the Corian, its perfect fit onto separately-purchased new units and beautiful finished effect. The company was competitively priced, seemed very experienced and provided excellent customer service.
