Even at the height of 2020 COVID shipping problems, they found a way to get orders through to the US. International shipping was at a standstill and by clever rerouting, they still got it through. That was truly impressive.

I've been dealing with this site (and under its former name) for years. Everything has always been just right. Sometimes they don't have the meds I want, so I have to get them locally, but that's the only problem so far. I saw that our feds were after them once, but it was not for poor-quality medications but just because they were dispensing meds to Americans without prescriptions. Recently they were out of a sulfa drug I take (correctly) for UTIs, and they emailed and offered a different one. I looked it up on the Mayo Clinic site and it was the exact same med under a different name, so I told them it was fine to substitute it. I recommend them highly. Regrettably they've just instituted a flat $18.00 shipping charge, so it might make sense to get together with friends and send a big order.

Works but a lot of issues like contact support not online a lot , language barrier, buggy site, etc. If you are in Europe you can ask them to ship from their german source to bypass customs, but you will have less options for products since its limited there.

I have used this company for many, many years and I have never had a problem. Fast shipping and delivery for being so far away. The medication works as well as any you would get here in the states. Right now, because of the pandemic, they are out of quite a few medications and I’ll be glad when they will have them back in stock because I rely on them. I don’t trust other sites.

I've used them for over a year. Products are authentic and they carry some harder to find items. Customer service is excellent. Once I received some items that were close to the expiration date. Sent pics to them and boom, they had more on the way to me (with new expiration dates). You can ask customer service for tracking numbers a few days after the orders been placed. Pay with Bitcoin save some money too.

Support is great and very responsive. Shipping times are usually a week or two to Australia.

I've ordered from this company twice. The first time, my package didn't arrive. I contacted them and they re-shipped. The re-shipment arrived. The second package arrived without issue.

The main concern that I have is that the products aren't trackable once they leave India. That isn't the fault of the company, though - it has to do with the postal systems.
