Company doesn't even exist. Called up and got through to a medical sales team!!

Dodgy as hell. Do not use...

After ordering a product from another vendor which was "cancelled" more than a week after placing the order, I called up Buy4less to check availability and received the product the next day with a competitive price.

Placed an order, didn't arrive, emailed them, got a reply that they were chasing. They looked further and there was an error showing stock that wasn't there, advised cancelling, i did, money instantly refunded. So 3 stars for resolving issue quickly (and also product I ordered there is no stock anywhere... so i was surprised they had it)

The product I purchased was not available, however this was in no way communicated to me at the point of sale. Eventually, after nearly a fortnight of no communication I contacted Buy4Less to enquire as to the status of my order. It was only at that point, was I made aware the order was going to be delayed indefinitely because the item was out of stock, with no clear indication of when the item would again be available. It would have been courteous to give me this information before or as I made the order.
Ultimately, I decided to cancel the order and purchase from another supplier, which to be fair was very easy and I did get a full refund.
Communication is a simple thing - and shouldn't be taken for granted!

ordered items which are in stock 2 weeks back, nothing arrived - no responce to emails

The check out after purchase was alright but I did not get the tracking email. I was not sure when my purchase would arrive. Had to phone Buy4lesstoday twice to find out about the delivery.

No indication that the product wasn’t in stock when purchasing. Waited anxiously for over a week for delivery but none came. Queried this and was told product not in stock. I could have brought this from another site and had it delivered easily by now. Now I’ll be missing my deadline to have the monitor by thanks to being deliberately misled.
My time was wasted by Buy4lesstoday due to them misleading me and they directly caused me to not have the product I needed in time. Shopping at other genuine, professional websites to get what I need from now on.

All went OK. The only issue I had was that the notification emails went into my junk mail so I didn't see it for a start.

Wrong item ordered originally. Phoned and cancelled within the hour. Very helpful staff.
Was refunded although it did take more than two weeks.

Lots of promises. Didn't work this time.

Even one star is too much for these people who lack clarity and honesty. Very terrible service, It says on that website that orders will take 3-5 working days to be delivered and I understand that the purchase was done during the festive season, however the dispatch did not happen until 8 days after submitting my order and the item didn’t arrive until further one week. I placed the order knowing that the store is in London however I discovered that dispatch was from Germany. It took about 9 woking days to arrive. The person I called on their London phone was very disorganised and I when I asked about the UK mains plug he confirmed that to me twice, however when I received the device this was not the case. Horrible experience and I don’t recommend anyone to deal with them.

No answer to my email and no goods nearly three weeks now. Will contact PayPal soon for a refund

Everything fine, but would have appreciated more communication about delivery. I ordered a large monitor so needed to be in when it arrived, but didn’t receive any tracking information until it was out for delivery.

Extremely good service. Decent product, delivered within two days. would definitely use them again.

Ordered on Sunday night, no confirmation email but called us on Monday and delivered on Tuesday! What's not to like!
