Buy ABS Locks Reviews

The Euro cylinder blends in well with my shiny chrome door handle. Its nice to see the 3 star rating etched on the front side. Just needed that to deter potential burglars. It was really easy to fit (I did not have to loosen and part of the door handle to get my euro cylinder in). Just need to turn key 360 degrees to lock and unlock. Registration of keys was easy too. I am now going to buy two more for my French doors. Note:- the bolt that holds the euro cylinder for one of the french doors (slave door), is hidden. I will need to drill out some plastic to locate that bolt.

Received the new lock and I fitted it in minutes. Nice to have a lock that is so secure.

I ordered online, but as soon as I ordered, realised that I had ordered the wrong lock and size. I immediately sent an email to inform of my error and request they send me the lock I meant to order. My order arrived on time, but they somehow missed my email to correct the order and the wrong lock arrived. I contacted them again at this stage and they were brilliant from here on in, acknowledging the error on their part and apologising for not picking up my email asking to correct my order and sending me the correct lock, with no charge to me and in very good time. The locks are fitted by myself saving money - thanks to easy to do guides on their website. Can’t recommend the service and the product highly enough.

Great products! Would have been 5 stars but customer service could be slightly better. An order was lost by post service, on the day I tried, several times, to phone, the line was engaged. Resorted to emails, but they tend to be a little slow to respond. It took over a week to resolve the order delay.

Very high quality product that was despatched exactly as promised and arrived on time. We purchased following advice from an expert that our existing lock (standard to the majority of double glazed doors) had been compromised several years ago, leading to insurance companies refusing to pay out. The fitting instructions on the website made installation a doddle, taking just a couple of minutes. Feeling much happier now that our security has improved with a system that can't be compromised.

Great quality, great service

After viewing their excellent website decided to buy through "Buy ABS Locks". I placed the order for free 48 hour delivery on Fri 9th Mar. Realised later that I had ordered wrong finish but not concerned . The Website stated "No quible returns", I tried to contact the company on Monday, via phone, (repeatedly cut off). email and web messaging . No response for over two days. Also stated that I wanted to re-order and asked for information on Garage locks, which I also wanted to order. When I received a reply told that I was not entitled to a return as I had ordered coloured key fobs. No attempt to help in any way. I could not speak to anyone personally. The day the lock arrived on Wed 14th. ( so much for 48 hour delivary) I tried continually to phone them but it was not answered. I am now stuck with a lock that I don't want. They sell an excellent product but I do not rate their customer service. Yesterday 15th I ordered the same lock but correct finish through Amazon at a better price and it arrived at no extra cost this morning 9.15am 16th March.

Excellent customer service, delivery and products. No quibble return/replacement. Would recommend
