I grot my order within the week.
Great service.

Good after sales service, my order was promptly processed and dispatch, the only hitches due to bad weather in the UK the parcel arrived one day later than estimated, and filler funnel as slightly damaged, this may have occurred anywhere between manufacture and arrival at my door!

I had to get a flask and have it engraved at short notice; Buyahipflask were unbelievably quick at understanding my needs and responded accordingly; a rare and brilliant example of first rate customer service.

Hip Flask arrived in perfect condition the day after order was processed even on free delivery. Cannot fault.

I ordered an engraved hipflask on a Wednesday eveing around 11pm and the flask was delivered to my home on Friday. I was a bit worried that it woule take longer than that as I had a visitor coming and I wanted the flask as a gift. However, I need not have worried as the flask arrived very quickly and correctly engraved. Great Service!

However my only issue is I asked the lady on the phone specifically if the item would fit through the letter box as it was for my boyfriends birthday the next day and I work too late to pick it up from the postal depot. However I was disappointed to receive the card through the door on his birthday saying the parcel had gone to the depot as it was too large for our standard size letterbox. I had ignored the texts about leaving it with a neighbour as I didn't think this necessary as you had told me it should easily fit through the letterbox.

Happy with item, just v disappointed not to have been able to give it to my boyfriend on his actual birthday and having to wait to pick it up.

The hipflask was well made. Passing it amongst my friends, at rugby, drew pleasant comments.
It was delivered swiftly.
A good buy.

The delivery was really prompt and the goods were perfect except they were damaged in transit. No sooner than I had reported this a replacement was in its way and arrived the next day in great shape. Well done.

The delivery was prompt. The communication was good. The product was as hoped.

No I did not get what I ordered, but what was delivered was nice and we decided to keep them, if we had sent them back they would of ended up with 5 hip flasks engraved and of no use to them. Postage would have been a pain and all the running around to send them back. When contacted they offered to discount the amount by the engraving and that satisfied us. So happy all parties ended up I suppose. A little more time in double checking and it would not have been a mix up. But we are all human and mistakes are made and they could not have done any more to fix it for us even offering to replace them. Customer service - excellent.

I made an enquiry before placing my order which received and very quick respense and once my order was placed it was delivered within 2 days and my product was good quality with excellent engraving. I would definitely order from them again.

In my experience the true measure of a company is how they react when things go wrong. Delivery was quick and the items well packaged but unfortunately the contents had been damaged in transit. I e-mailed the company and they immediately gave me a returns number. My postage costs were reimbursed on receipt and a new item sent out.
Perfect customer service and a very happy customer. Thank you.
