What I saw online was very nice but when my order arrived it was just great,the quality was more than I excepted . The only thing was there was some missing articles. Sent and e-mail and was told by Racel the customer service manger, we are sorry we forgot them and will send them out right away by air mail to Canada, three days later they were at my door. I would recommend this compay to any one wanting to buy a kilt .

I had no prior experience with Kilts or the various extras that make it complete. It was very easy to figure out what was needed and I did pretty good at sizing the kilt. I went a size up larger than I thought was needed- and that turned out to be an excellent decision.

When I got the delivery, everything was as promised and it was delivered within 3 days. I was impressed by the quality of everything I purchased. Especially if you are a newbie like me- I would recommend getting one of the packages. Mine looks sharp and there were several options in the package so it feels customized.

I wanted a kilt, gillie shirt and waist coast for the lad, for a wedding in a wooded glade in the Lake District. I ordered it from a buyakilt.com, our family tartan - yup, made to measure for him - with enough room to accommodate 3 year old growth spurts - yup, All arrived with plenty of time to spare - exactly as we had ordered.
He is made up, the bride is green with envy and as for the 'flower girls' you have so been outshone!!

I ordered my 'kilt kit' on the afternoon of 4th April and it was delivered at lunchtime on the 9th April - bearing in mind I live in deepest, rural south western France and most delivery services are unable to find the house, I was pleasantly surprised when a cheerful guy from DPD Couriers knocked on the door with my goods.
I am delighted at the good quality of all items supplied, especially at the price I paid - excellent value for money.
The only problem I have is of my own making - I thought I was slimmer than I appear to be in reality and the kilt was a little too 'snug'! So after a quick phone call to the very helpful Rachel in Edinburgh an exchange was arranged - at the moment I am awaiting a larger sized replacement kilt, which will hopefully be delivered in the same prompt manner.

it's hard to shop on line as the quality of the product shown on the photo differs from the actual one. This is true for some stuff at buyakilt too. But overall we have had a wonderful expereince with this Co. Service is excellent and the level of personal attention and assistance is to the customers is outstanding. Rachel makes a great difference, indeed.
