I have been with BuyAlerts since 2022. When I purchased my first stocks, I wanted to learn how to do options. The coaches at BuyAlerts are so great and patient about telling you how to do what it is you're trying to learn. They really do Help you. It's the only platform I have found that I can get a person who actually walks me through how to do a trade and understand what I'm doing. And, I've bought into several learning platforms! That's what sets BuyAlerts apart from everybody else. They actually want you to succeed, and they'll teach you how to trade whatever it is you're wanting to learn. This year I have been working with Mel and she's fabulous! She is the most patient person I've ever met cause she has to repeat things for me so many times! It just takes the repetitions for me to recall the info, and she's so kind about it. I love all these guys! Because it doesn't matter what analyst it is, you ask Billy for help from any of them, and they will send you a message. You won't find that anywhere else!

The platform offers something for everybody. There are different analysts who would offer trade ideas across many different areas and trade strategies that I found effective. A few months ago I discovered Trading Edge in which an analyst goes on live streaming and advise on trading ODTE. I have learned how to watch and execute the trades and have improved on my winnings. The 1 on 1 coaching I get free of charge from Mel Gacee helped tremendously for me to learn how to trade 0DTE with confidence and patience, though admittingly there is much more room to grow for learning to be patient in execuring trades. I found the team at Buyalerts are very caring and helpful. The support I got from Billy was prompt and professional. I am glad I found buyalerts and looking forward to the continuous upgrades improvements on its functionalities and capabilities.

When I first started looking at BuyAlerts, I got overwhelmed. There are so many different trading styles and I had to find the best program for my trading style. The dashboard has filters to screen for what I want to see. Like all the trading sites the alerts are delayed because they have to be entered. I wish there was a way to see the alerts faster, so I don't use the alerts.
I joined Mel for the morning trading real time alerts. She coaches scalping and answers questions while she's watching the charts for a trade. She is so cool under pressure, with confidence in her trades. I have watched her call many good trades and struggle with a few bad calls. She uses most of the same indicators I have been using, so her trades line up with my indicators most of the time. She has coached me on the indicators I wasn't using and has improved my trading win ratio.
I have looked at other trading professionals and when I'm ready to learn trading futures or crypto, there are coaches here to teach me, but I've decided to stay with Mel and scalping for now.

I wasn't happy with this at first, but I worked with Billy and I'm feeling better about recommending Buy Alerts as a tool for learning or improving your trading.

Somewhat a novice to trading and was looking for more support and learning opportunities. I joined Buyalerts and have been pleased with their customer service and the availability to have coaching sessions with their analysts. They have me feeling more confident and am seeing gains on my trades. Seeing their new Pilot AI platform is interesting and I look forward to seeing how that can help make it easier to pick the right trades to hop on also.

Impressed with BuyAlerts since I joined - their customer service is great, Billy is very responsive and helpful from the beginning . I recently started using their PilotAI and it is definitely a game changer !

I have used over 5 financial advisors over 5 years including managed accounts from my broker. None of them ever seem to beat the SP500 except Nancy Pelosi but she won't share her trading tips. Buy Alerts has then all beat outside of Nancy and their coaching staff much is much more in tune with the market then my previous advisors. They are top drawer/

I have found that the analysts are incredible! They provide great trade ideas, and include their rationale for selection. Additionally, private coaching sessions help traders learn and improve their skills.

If your looking for a management firm, this is not it. But if you want to learn and handle your own money, they are all very helpful and want to teach you how to make your own money. The livestreams are amazing and and the coaching is invaluable. And yes, most of their trades are winners, so if you actually keep track of what you've won vs what you lost, and manage your account appropriately, the trades will make you more money than the service cost. I've been actively using the service for almost 2 years.

I was searching the internet for a company to help me invest in the stock and cryptocurrency markets. During my search, the scammers came out of woodwork! Sifting through the bs and false claims, somehow I stumbled upon BuyAlerts. They touted similar claims as most of the others, ie., transparency, stock alerts and coaching at a modest monthly fee. Their transparency exceeded my expectations. Each day, they provide an overview of the market before it opens. They have live trading at the opening bell that you can participate in while engaging in questions and answers. This is where most of the learning takes place. Throughout the day, their analysts will send out alerts on options to participate in. Also a score card, as I call it, is provided on each analysts past and current performance on the alerts they provide. Sessions are provided throughout the day on various aspect of the stock and crypto markets with member participation via texts. I have been a member of BuyAlerts for over a year and a participant in their stock plan. I am doing well in both.

I have been a member of BuyAlerts since June 2025. In that short time I have nothing but praise for the company and especially for the folks that put on the webinars and alerts, heck anyone that answers the phone seems to truly care about teaching you and educating everyone on their trading journey. I think you can learn a lot from everyone so you can develope your own trading style.Everyone at BuyAlerts trades differently and different things like futures, crypto, stocks, options and even Forex, which will allow each person to pick what they like to trade and BuyAlerts will teach you.

There customer service is by far the best that I have ever been involved with. They always get back to you with answers to any questions that you might have. They also have times set aside for you to be able to actually talk to their analysts. To me this is a major plus.

I have been with BuyAlerts for 3 years. They have best Analysts and one on one coaching. It all depends on how you make use of their recommendations. I would definitely recommend their services

I just want to say this company is off the charts. From day one they guide you along the way . Coaching and customer service is the best . I also invested in the company with Marco who explains everything you need to know in simple form . Also I had the opportunity to meet with the CEO Herman Cruz when he was in town for three hours . He explain everything about company when they started to where they are now and what there plans are for the future. In my opinion this company will be in front of a lot of people in the future if you can take advantage of this opportunity do so.

Everybody associated with BuyAlerts is very helpful. They respond very quickly to questions/issues. They truly want to help traders become successful traders. Sometimes, the amount of trade alerts and information can be a little overwhelming, but I appreciate the knowledge about trading that they provide.
