Superb service
Superb service despite me sending a sim locked phone they replied and waited patiently for me to unlock it then payment received immediately once happy. Delighted with their service.

This was a great company to deal with. I had priced other places to sell my phone but the price I got here was far better than anywhere else. Service was very efficient and fast. The payment was in my account very quickly. Really pleased and would definitely deal with them again

Deceptive company
I had a really disappointing experience with this company. They quoted me a decent price for my phone online, but after I sent it in, they suddenly reduced the offer by almost 75%. Phone was perfect. DO NOT TRUST THEM!
To make things worse, when I declined the revised offer and asked for my phone back, it was returned with lots of things missing. The whole process felt misleading and unnecessarily stressful.
I wouldn’t recommend using this service.

Scammers, offers is not what you get online when you submit all details. They also don’t mind your things or return everything if you don’t proceed with their offer. No contact number if you have concerns. Avoid at all costs.

Sent two Samsung phones following…
Sent two Samsung phones following extensive logging of phone condition with multiple photos and an honest assessment. They tried to say that the phones once sent were in bad condition and offered under half the original price. I opted to have the phones returned as I would rather they sit in a drawer gathering dust than be mugged. Can't recommend as it was a lot of hassle for nothing. UPDATE! So as you can see from the response from the company, they are trying to deflect the blame onto me, saying that I did not accurately describe the condition of the phones. Since this review, I sent the same photos to a different company that buys used handsets, with the same honest description of the condition, and they bought them, as they were ACCURATELY DESCRIBED

Very sorry to hear that you weren't happy with the revised offer we sent you. We tried to explain in detail why we had to change the S23 Ultra to Faulty as it had very clear pixel burn on the LCD and as such for us to sell this on again in the future we would have had to replace the entire LCD.
As for the other device you sent us, you selected the condition Good but it had a very large scratch on one side of the screen and the several other smaller scratches which would bring the device into the Average condition. As we state in the Good condition guidelines "Device shows some small signs of use, not visible at arms length" which was clearly wasn't the case with this phone which we showed you with the attached images we showed you.
We hope you understand our position as we need to sell these devices on again and if we are to buy them so need to make sure that the prices and conditions we outline are aligned with the conditions we also sell at. If you were to buy a device with from us with very clear pixel burn you would not be very happy as would be the case for most customers.

The tracked shipping via AnPost integration was a big factor in trusting the service. I was a first time customer/seller. The process took less than 10 days including a weekend from online form filling to payment received.
