Ordered a 100ml of TOB and now I get the hype...Boozy Fruity Bliss in a bottle with gr8 sillage and staying power. I even received 2 free samples...Fall Of Phaeton and Neptune's Trident are going to be my next pick ups!! So glad I found this house.
Received a email from Argos stating a free travel atomizer with purchase of 100ml bottle. I added my both the fragrance and atomizer to my cart as instructed by the email, and on the website. I then redeemed some of the rewards points I'd earned for a discount. Upon going through checkout, the travel atomizer was still showing at full price. I contacted them to as why and was told that it's because I redeemed my points & I have to choose one or the other. Despite it saying nothing on the email nor the website about not being able to be used with rewards points or anything, and it saying that for the atomizer, there's 'no code required'. When pointing this out to them via their chat, they stopped responding. Poor customer service
I purchased Adonis Awakens, and after a week of use, the atomizer casing got stuck in the bottle. Both the bottle and cap were defective.
I wrote an honest review on their website, but it has suddenly been removed. I’ve also tried contacting Argos for assistance but have received no response.
It’s disappointing to see a brand remove negative or honest reviews instead of embracing criticism and using it as an opportunity to improve. This behavior reflects poorly on the brand, especially considering the high price per bottle.
This entire experience has been frustrating and unsatisfactory.

I ordered from Argos Fragrances nearly three weeks ago, and my package is still stuck in transit. Their customer service has been unresponsive and unhelpful, refusing to provide a refund or any meaningful update. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I find their lack of professionalism and accountability unacceptable. I would not recommend purchasing from them.
