We recently bought a beautiful Louis de Poortere rug from Nicks’s shop & received the best service! There’s a great range of different rugs & we were fortunate to pop in at the right time as all rugs are half price! I’d definitely recommend a visit.

I ordered my rug online & was a little nervous buying unseen. I needn’t have worried though, the rug is beautiful. The colours are exactly what I wanted to complement my room & the rug is very good quality. Nick was very helpful when I rang for an update on delivery. I contacted Nick at Buyarug to see if he stocked some rugs I wanted to look at to compare colours. Nick offered to send out samples, which most other companies don't do, to save me the drive to the store. He also suggested sending over photos of the room to give some suggestions about what might work in the room.
Nick gave some great suggestions, we ordered a rug, it arrived in 3 days and we are really happy with it.
The prices are very competitive and the service is excellent.

We visited Nick’s shop twice and on each occasion received excellent advice from Nick about rugs. We had visited every retailer in Chichester and found nothing in the right size or colour. Nick’s shop was like walking into Aladdin’s Cave. Although quite a small shop it had numerous rugs to look at and Nick provided expert advice re quality, colour and value for money. We ended up buying two rugs from him and would certainly return to his shop if we were to need any more. Nick was a personable, patient and attentive retailer who did everything he could to solve our rug dilemma.

Brilliant service, nothing's too much trouble. Nick's such a nice bloke too. Got a nice rug, wife's well happy, job's a good un. Would recommend to anybody.

I couldn't find a rug the size and colour I needed. Nick had great patience and we emailed for several days so that he could offer me a choice. They were all suitable but I took his recommendation and I am so delighted with the colour, high quality and the price compared with others I looked at before finding this company. Best customer service you can have combined with good quality, best price and superb choice. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone - I would recommend it to EVERYONE.

We had ordered a multi-coloured rug from this company as it was at a great price, however we were then advised that the rug we had chosen was no longer being produced and we were offered a full refund.
Imagine our surprise when Nick Manson phoned us a couple of days later to say that he had found the new replacement for the rug from the manufacturer and gave us the link to view it online. It was ideal and to be honest we even preferred it to the old model. Nick took the order at the original excellent price and it was delivered within 3 days ( 2 actually as we were out when the courier tried to deliver it and had to come back the next day). All this when Nick's shop was closed for a week.
Absolutely outstanding service, and the rug is first class quality.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Nick and his company to any prospective buyers as his hands on personal service is extremely rare these days.

I had seen the rug I wanted in another shop but required a specific colour. I was apprehensive about purchasing a rug on the internet but Nick assured me I could return it if not suitable. The colour I required was to match a specific paint and when I advised this Nick took his time to go online to view my paint colour to see whether the rug would match.
