I always get tankards for family and friends Christenings from these guys. Every one has been brilliant, loved by the family and children alike. Also when I've not left enough time they worked their socks off to get the order pushed through and delivered for the day! Couldn't ask for more.

We ordered a half pint pewter tankard for our grandson's christening. We wanted something for him to keep so did not want one with teddy bears etc. on it as we know he would not appreciate it when he grew up. We were thrilled when it arrived on time, well packaged and a very smart inscription. We would like to think that he would be happy to have his first drink at 18 from the tankard. COULD NOT ASK FOR MORE THE ITEM CAME QUICK AND I WAS VERY IMPRESED

I ordered two pewter tankards to be engraved with my personal message late on a Bank Holiday Monday Night and was amazed to find that they arrived on Wednesday! The engraving is perfect (lovely font and style) and the line spacing just as I had wanted. Having had things engraved before there is always a worry that the spelling or spacing will be wrong! The tankards themselves are beautiful and of lovely quality. I couldn't be happier with the product or the service.

I ordered the tankard without any problem, but when it came to delivery options, I wasn't too sure on the benefits of each, they weren't clearly explained. As I wanted prompt delivery, I chose tracker, at additional cost. I got usual acknowledgement emails over the new working day, but no information on delivery. I emailed and asked for delivery details, and was told tracking link would be sent out. The tankard arrived safely the next day and I also got tracking details. Too late though, the thing had already arrived..!! I emailed BuyaTankard twice and said I had not had the opportunity to track my delivery and had to rely on responses to emails, and asked for a refund of the additional payment. Have had absolutely no response.

I was up against it for time and needed the tankard for a presentation. Once you realized how urgent the order was you really pulled the rabbit out of the hat. The tankard was delivered the next day. Great service, highly recommended.

The company is great, processing and shipping were fast.

I bought the heavy pewter King's Shilling tankard.
Although I like the product, there is a pronounced seam along the handle which makes the tankard look kind of cheap. You can't see it when holding the tankard, but you can feel it which kind of takes away from the experience.

Overall, 4/5 because it's good but not truly great.

I am, generally, pleased with the tankard I ordered to help celebrate my son's 21st birthday. Speed fantastic - arrived within 36 hours of my order!!

What I would like to say, however, is (it may be my computer!!), I was unable to view the font of the engraving before purchasing. And, although it's pretty, it is quite hard to read and I would probably have chosen something clearer had I known beforehand what it would look like. As I've said above, however, it may be my computer. I had to keep checking "Google" to see what the fonts given as choices were like. Weren't a great deal of choice either.

All-in-all, I am pleased - everything spelt correctly and laid out as I requested. :-)

We were a little concerned about buying from the other side of the world but this was a special gift for my nephew turning 18 and the dragon handled tankard was just perfect for him.
We placed our order and within a week we had our tankard in Australia. It arrived without any damage and is exactly what we had been looking for.
The price was excellent and we are amazed how easy it all was.

Very happy with the product. . Everything was as requested and the engraving is amazing. Very fast delivery. Would recommend to anyone.

Ordered 2 tankards engraved as presents for the godfathers at my sons christening. Only one arrived. Called the company and they had only sent one out despite charging me for two. Second one was apparently rushed out fast tracked. Still waiting five days later. Christening is tomorrow! Not a good service. The tankard we have received is spot on though.

Son in law's tankard arrived on time for birthday, well packed, he is very happy with the engraved and motifed tankard, now being put to good use!
