Once they have your phone they always come up with some reason not to pay you what was quoted and their service not near as good as several other places to sell your phone to. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!

I went to their websites and put in my phone specs for a buy back. They gave me an offer of $185 for a 5 yr old phone that had some scratches on the bezel so it was marked as good condition. Their good spec is:

Again my phone had normal wear as indicated above but once they get your phone they want it to be like brand new but not sealed or it’s considered FAIR and they offer you $100 less. I would not take $85 for a iPhoneX in great condition with a brand new factory battery and always been in a case with a screw protector. Just had light scary from the case on the bezel (normal wear).
I will not do business with them again and I warn everyone else not to either.
In order for you to get you phone back you must but a usps label and send it to them or they will recycle your phone.
