Wij geven retouren een tweede leven: het product is vaak alleen even uit de verpakking geweest, heeft lichte gebruikssporen of is om een andere reden niet meer helemaal nieuw. Daarbij geven we altijd aan wat de huidige staat van het product is en bij gebruikssporen of beschadigingen maken we hier altijd melding van, zodat consumenten precies weten wat ze kopen. Zij willen geen nare verrassingen. Wij ook niet. Mocht een product toch niet aan de verwachtingen voldoen, dan zorgen we voor een goede oplossing. Altijd: A smile in return.

I love their mission of rescuing products that would have been destroyed otherwise.

BenQ Zowie monitor for a nice price
Just received my new BenQ Monitor and got it by a very nice price. 23% below the market price for a new one and it just has a little scratch on the frame.
Customer service was very fast and nice.
I´m totally happy and can recommend BuyBay to all out there.

Found online a great deal
Found online a great deal, contacted them if they could take any picture of any damage, as a response they replied that there was no damage thus a picture was not needed.
Received the product today and they did not lie in the slightest, delivered a great product and have a great customer support. As an advice, look for BuyBay in the future, they have excellent deals and really worth your time!
