Honest and polite customer service. I ordered crack from here at $550 with the delivery cost included, I got the package delivered to me. I did not have to pay extra for my package to get delivered, I just wish to let anyone aspiring to make a purchase that it is safe to buy and give time for the delivery to be made. this review is my appreciation message to you guys and a way of saying thank you for keeping to your word.

Buybolivianonline. Com professional scam I first paid £500 for Peruvian flacke after which I paid a £488 insurance and after a day I received an email saying they had been stopped by the police and I had to pay another £500. do not make any payment is a scam 🤮🤮🤮🤮

We are a few hours away to make your delivery but there is a check being done by custom officials and the delivery team was stopped by officials and wanted to see the content of the delivery. because your package is a discreet one and can’t be Opened, they demand that the receiver insures the package  before the delivery is allowed.
We( you) are being asked to pay a refundable insurance fee of $799 and once the delivery is successfully made the refunds will be processed. So this is the reason why the delivery has not yet been made or might not be done if this is not handled now. But once this is sorted out the delivery will be made in a few hours.

Is it possible to get this done today? Can you insure the package to get it delivered without being checked? If not the content of the package will be checked.

Kindly be advised that your consignment has arrived at the California Control Center, through EXPRESS LOGISTICS COMPANY Ltd, and the consignment transportation references are as follows:

Attached are the documents required for initiating the clearance process:

• Notice of Arrival
• AWB, Invoice, and other consignment related documents
• Copy of Manifest
• Copy of MAWB
• Customer Advance Form

We are looking forward to your authorization to initiate the clearance process. Before authorizing EQL to arrange clearance please call our 24X7 Hotline number 1732 or 732 962 6079 for estimation of customs duty amount. Once the duty estimate is agreed on, you will receive an email notification with an online payment link for the advance amount and upload of related clearance documentations.

Alternatively, you also have the option to authorize your nominated broker for the necessary arrangement to clear this consignment. If Express Quick Logistics is not authorized within 5 (five) days of this notification then we will assume that you will arrange clearance through your own broker.

Please note that if the shipment is not cleared within 21 (Twenty One) days of arrival, it is subject to be Opened and auctioned by the Customs Authority as per Section 82 of the Customs Act,1969 leaving no responsibility for EQL.

Additional requirements if you authorize us:

Duty Advance:

1. You will need to pay in advance (a) customs duty and taxes, (b) payment to government/airline agencies and (c) other regulatory charges related to your shipment clearance and will be adjusted against your final invoice. In case of any such payment made by us on your behalf, you need to reimburse the amount.
2. In addition to the above, an Ancillary charge of USD 140 or 2% of the consolidated duty, taxes, and other regulatory changes (if any), whichever is higher will be charged for each shipment.
3. Duty and taxes, etc. Estimations by EQL will be based on the consignment's declared value as stated on the shipper's commercial invoice/HAWB and will be adjusted against the final invoice following customs assessment.

4. VAT/BIN Registration Certificate and other relevant documents when the consignee is an organization. As per NBR General Notice # 08.01.0000.068.11.005.12(101)/2017/598, Dated 29/09/2020, 13 digit VAT/BIN is mandatory for ASYCUDA/Clearance activities effective 1st Nov 2020.
5. National ID/Passport copy instead of VAT copy when the consignee is an individual
6. Copy of Duty Exemption Document if applicable to enjoy duty exemption.
7. LC/LCA/IP copy if applicable to avoid any potential penalty
8. Photocopy of enrolment certificate of US National Authority of Chemical Weapon Convention (BNACWC), United States Control's Office Cantonment for chemicals under schedule 1, 2, & 3.

Beware !!! A fake website and a professional cheat vector !!! You buy, you find the postal tracking code, which is completely fake, and after a few days, you will be informed that your envelope has been stopped by the customs or the police, and they will ask you for money to insure the envelope !! So that the customs or the police do not open the envelope and deliver it to you and tell you that they will refund all the expenses to you !!

Been meaning to drop this review for some time now but was waiting to receive my second package and it did come in on time like the first though with a lil custom duty delay but everything was good. Delivery and customer service were great. The product itself was as expected.
