This company has frauded my bank account
I havent ever heard of this company or their products yet i have a 33 dollar charge on my bank statement from "Buy Brazil Store". I have tried to reach out to customer support to ask them how they got my information and if maybe they sell on another platform or something but nope. All searches lead to buy brazil store somehow charging my bank account. Until I saw the transaction on my banking i had never even HEARD of this buy brazil store. So be careful. If these people are working with other stores to fraud people im sure im not the only one who has had one of these charges. What I don't understand is how these tricksters even got my information in the first place in order to be able to do this. This time 33 dollars...whats next BBS? How much more are you going to steal from me?? This is ridiculous. Please everyone check ur bank statements and if you have never heard of these guys and have a charge from them, i URGE you. Be aware. I think I've been scammed. It's been 3 weeks but they haven't handed over the product to DHL. I tried contacting the customer service and all they are saying it's going out... I asked to cancel the order and for a refund and they are ignoring that request.

I saw bad reviews about the products before buying but still decided to purchase first you will pay duties 100% I payed 50$ more then their products are fake I emailed the brand felps and magic potion and they do not associate with this company they recreate the packaging of things but the composition is not the same BEWARE I bought the fake felps nanoplastia and not only it made my level 10 blonde hair into a level 7 orange hair and when I went to the hairdresser the next day to fix it she told me it wast a nanoplastia it was a keratin treatment WITH FORMALDEHYDE FORMOL WHICH CAUSES CANCER AND HAIR LOSS I lost so much hair that I spent years to grow im begging you if you read this NEVER NEVER BUY IT use oil for you hair and a good diet never buy their product I have no hair a short bob and will probably feel ugly for the next 2 years :(

I have had a terrible customer service experience with them, they used to be great and I shopped from them for years. I'm not sure who are they hiring now because I'm literally left on read by these reps. The website info is lacking and they have a whatsapp service for questions and inquiries only to ignore you, I used to get attended to and not ignore for buying just personal amounts. They lost my trust.
