My order was cancelled and no refund given. I have been sending messages via the website but no one replies. It is disgusting how a company can get away with this.
Avoid at all costs, you have been warned so when it happens to you, you have no one else to blame apart from your own stupidity!
Don’t even think about buying from this company, chocolate rugby ball I ordered for my grandson has not been delivered, money taken 15 days ago now, no reply to emails. The seller within Buy Britain replied to first couple of emails saying the parent company told them payment was pending but even they haven’t replied to my last email. Just wish I’d checked for reviews before parting with my hard earned cash.

After leaving this review I got an email from Buy Britain saying they had missed the previous emails and have refunded me.
Terrible service. Ordered a polo from Snide. Got an email to say the one i wanted was out of stock so they have shipped something else. Doesn't fit and can't find out how to return. Opened a support ticket with BuyBritain, emailed Snide direct and had no response from either.
Scam company. Put an order in for a chocolate personalised rugby ball. My money has been taken and I have sent several emails and not one response.

If I could give a zero I would ! I have ordered and paid for some vitamins from Prowise healthcare through buy Britain and still haven’t received them! Customer service is terrible they don’t respond to emails, the chat bot is just as bad messaged 15 minutes ago and still awaiting a response. Can’t call as the number doesn’t exist!
