Customer service is not good, our items not delivered
We ordered a few things that ended up being split into 2 packages. One of them arrived no problem, the other one we were given 1 tracking number. Said delivered in Germany and can’t track it since. No number to call. I’ve been emailing customer service the past 3 weeks and all they say is to wait and no reasoning or solution.
