Total scam
Total scam. The purses are NOT high quality leather. They are plastic and smell like chemicals. They do not respond to emails which is for customer service. Avoid them.

I want a refund for order # 1490 and I want you to cancel and refund me on the second shipment order # 1627
Your product is NOT the same product on your IG advertisement—this bag smells like cheap rubber. The workmanship is HORRIBLE. The bag on your website is NOT the same bag I received. When I even look at your IG ads with humans it is clearly the ROW bag not your dupe of the ROW bag. I am trying to find a review platform so I can warn other’s customers. After waiting since Dec 3rd and it’s Dec 21 and to open my package to a piece crap . Is very disappointing and insulting. This is NOT leather and it’s giving me a headache from the toxic smell.
