I took a chance on this website and bought the Oppo find N5. Can I say that ordering to the phone arriving was excellent and fast delivery. The package was extremely well packed and the whole ordering was simple and speedy, I can definitely recommend this website for global mobile phones as will use again when needed excellent.

Was scheptical, but price was good. Wasn't sure it was legit BUT got phone in post in under a week with no import duties at an EXCELLENT price. Very happy, would use again if i need to.

Ordered the flagship Sony Xperia Vi special edition . After 4 days had a refund with no explanation.

I noted there were 2 versions of the phone with different spec.i ordered the second , more expensive version. Again, after 4 days a refund with no explanation.

Whilst very glad the refund works, the service of buying a phone is non existent

Ordered Sony Xperia 1 VI on the 12/09/24, arrived for collection on the 17/09/24 (tracked all the way). Saved quite a bit as well!
Even though its a .co.uk web site and they give a UK address it was sent from Hong Kong with no import duties.

Bought a phone from these guys last year, it took about 10 days to arrive, was kept up dated. just buy a second one from them today.

I don't normally write a review (unless something goes wrong). But if it hadn't been for the largely positive reviews that others had made here I probably wouldn't have ordered from Buy Cheap Phones UK, so thought it worth leaving some notes on my experience for anyone toying with buying from them.

I ordered a Samsung device late on Sunday evening 7 Jan 2024 paying via paypal and it arrived well packaged and exactly as ordered today, 7 days later (15th), in its factory sealed box and at a price significantly cheaper than I could buy elsewhere.

I hadn't had a tracking number from them by the Tuesday evening (the Web site says you should expect to get one within 1 to 2 business days) and I was getting a bit worried, so fired off an email that evening and had a reply from Agger at BCP and a tracking number first thing the following morning with an expected delivery date of the 18th ( I am pleased it actually arrived on the 15th, 3 days early)

It was sent International economy via FedEx and I would recommend using the FedEx app to track the package as FedEx will put updates on the app as it goes through their various country
hubs that you wouldn't normally get notified by via email, this includes showing when it's been released by UK customs (which mine passed through quickly without any issues)

So this appears a genuine company that ships from its base in Hong Kong (not sure what the relevance of the UK based, Leicester address is though), And it is possible to make a saving if you are prepared to wait, Just make sure you read and are happy with the info on their website , including the returns policy etc before purchasing.

Ordered Sony Xperia 1 V on 8th of December, had a couple of emails back and forth to confirm address etc. and phone was delivered on 18/12.
Very well bubble wrapped, arrived in perfect condition.
Fed Ex initially estimated delivery 21/12 so it was early!

Ordered 2 phones, only one arrived. Full refund has been received for the missing phone.

Phone we did receive was genuine, sealed and as described.

As others have noted, shipping is from Hong Kong and does take a while. Email notifications with updates of progress are sent.

Knocked a star off because replies to emails took quite a while. Live chat from the website didn't work Fri - Sun. Today, the person I managed to contact on live chat was extremely helpful and apologetic. Issued an immediate refund when requested.

If you don't mind waiting for delivery and can put up with replies taking a while in the event of any issues, there are some great deals to be had price wise.

UPDATE: The missing phone arrived the day after this review! It was solely a FedEx shipping issue, out with the control of BuyCheapPhones.co.uk.

The phone had been shipped as agreed, however FedEx tracking emails disappeared after a single day and the parcel appeared lost. We began getting delivery notifications from FedEx again less than 24 hours before delivery (some 12 days later).

Lovely exchange with the aforementioned person from buycheapphones.co.uk 'live chat' to confirm the delivery eventually was received. They mentioned moving to DHL for future shipping, probably not a bad idea... Phone (which was previously refunded) paid for again. All's well that ends well.

Can't give half stars, but if I could, it'd be 4.5/5 now. Honest company, only let down on this occasion by FedEx.

Company gives it's incomplete address as Gatenby Close LE5 IGU, which is a residential only area. Their website says they are Hong Kong based and all products are shipped from there. Their website also says you only have 7 days to return the product which ignores the legal requirements for any UK based business to include in their T&Cs for mobile phones and most other products as specified in the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

The customer service was not 7/24, but solved all the problems in time. The FedEx took 5 days to deliver the Sony Xperia device from HK. If you're not in a hurry and looking for cheap phones, this store is a good option.

I was a little skeptical at first, due to the fact that a 256GB Samsung s23 Ultra was going for £800, but I ordered it anyway. Took a little over a week to arrive and it was in fact the samsung that I payed for, in genuine, sealed packaging.

I recently bought a Xiaomi 13 Ultra (global) from BuyCheapPhonesUk - it's been perfect. I used the online chat briefly to confirm something, had a quick and helpful answer. Took the gamble. The item arrived in 7 days without any customs issues etc. Frankly I would have used a site I've used before, but they didn't have the green global version in stock. BCPUK did and I went for it. Don't be alarmed by the lack of reviews or the perhaps slightly less professional looking website than some others - this is a legit place to get your gear from. They accept paypal payments for that extra peace of mind. Would use again and would recommend to anyone reading this review. Faultless

I bought the Xiaomi 13 Pro 512GB Global Edition on Wednesday just before midnight.
It arrived from Hong Kong the Thursday of the following week, I thought this was very good shipping time.
The price at the time of purchase was at least £50-£100 cheaper than any other site I could see and I was given the confidence to proceed with the purchase after reading reviews here on TrustPilot.

Their staff communicated quickly using email but it was also very nice to see that the agent who sent me an email was the same person who I could talk to using the Live Chat feature on the website making it very easy to confirm details or change colour options, due to stock availability, prior to shipping.

No negative points to note in my experience and if their prices remain the best then I'd happily use them again next time!

I needed a new phone. I'd settled on the make and model, and then set about hunting for the best deal. buycheapphones.co.uk isn't exactly a household name, and the price being offered was £140 less than the next cheapest seller. Like another reviewer here, I was a little apprehensive it was a scam site. I was also sceptical of the fast delivery claims. Turns out, I needn't have been worried at all.

I placed the order on Thursday night, and had it in my hand Monday afternoon. Shipped via Fedex.

I was so impressed, you'd expect that kind of sale-to-delivery time from a domestic seller, never mind a company shipping from Hong Kong.

Like anyone with any sense would be, I was apprehensive about the price being offered: £1000 for an S23 Ultra instead of £1400. Apprehensive as in 'extremely suspicious', scrutinising the site's reviews then checking my credit card company would cover fraud. I work on the principle that if it's too good to be true, it ain't. The fact that there was (at time of writing) only 25 reviews here, nearly all good, made it look more dodgy.

However, I also saw good deals on the internet for a Hong Kong dispatch by a UK firm, and that was what this Leicester-based firm appeared to be doing. So they weren't alone in their business and prices.

Having suspiciously weighed up the risk, I decided to go ahead and order.

I then got a brilliant service and, 6 days later, a fabulous brand-new Samsung S23 Ultra phone in a sealed box at £400 below its list price. Their online support and chat had worked great and Fedex order tracking had done the rest. A year later, that S23 Ultra is working great.

A couple of months later, I ordered an S23 Plus for my daughter, saving £300. The same brilliant service played out and that's also working great ten months on.

Very, very pleased and would obviously order again, what a result.

Third time buying a One Plus phone at a very good price from a shop in Hong Kong and I've only had good experiences. Quick shipping and no import duties ;)
