Poorly created products
Both devices were not functioning upon arrival. I called customer service and they were the rudest people I have ever talked to on the phone. I felt like they did not believe me. I was asked to provide proof it does not work by sending a video. Just so everyone is aware you have 3 days to make sure your device is working properly or they will literally not do anything for you. I ordered 2 the last time and the first one worked fine but the second one worked for a couple days and then was rendered useless by poorly created parts. At this point after having used the 1st one (now on the second one) it was well passed the 3 day mark and literally their words were we cannot do anything for you. I would recommend caution with this company because they do not care about their customers.

Amazing service
Amazing service. Best prices I could find anywhere. Always get the product within 2-3 business days. The only ever issue I have is if I order on Friday. Normally it doesn't get shipped until that Monday because they are closed on weekends. Other than that they are by far the best site there is for getting all your smoking needs.
