Friendly and received undamaged

Ordered from them first time as ordered from another dragonpharma that was 100% but didn’t have my stock in so ordered from these guys got payment process them pending shipping but the. Site completely vanished emailed them with the email I received for order number.still waiting not sure if I will receive my item so will be buying back at the real dragonpharma..

Excellent service excellent pricing shipping is on time and the response to Ticket is within 24 hours extremely professional. I had an issue where a bottle had been fractured or cracked during shipping. I opened up a ticket. They responded promptly and they are working with me to rectify the situation. I honestly don’t think that I will ever purchase any products from any other website other than this one, very professional very good. I recommend this to anyone who is looking for good quality products. Excellent service and excellent communication. They are the real deal. I am a very satisfied customer Even though I am having a momentary setback right now because of the shipping problem that I had but like I said earlier, they are working promptly with me to rectify the situation very professional

Streamlined website, well stocked inventory, different specials running every few days, cash back when using crypto to pay...what else can I say about a company that fails to disappoint in an industry I have to believe is highly competitive and demands flexibility on the business end when dealing with international shipping issues or regulations..oh yeah, they have efficient and friendly support staff who got back to me recently to fix an issue no questions asked. (A delivery was delayed with no known cause and an immediate, and fast, reshippment was sent, no problem. Resolving with what some other companies could end in a loss of the money i spent and what i ordered was handled exactly as professionals should and that was what pushed me to write this review, because i almost never do. I get bloodwork done with my phsyician every 3 months and everything is as it should be (As if i got the same thing from my local pharmacy) Highly recommend, and super happy to see new products popping up every time i go to place an order. International orders are cheaper but take a few weeks, obviously its not ideal domestic stock is basically twice as much but if you need to get sometthing in a pinch, you will have it 5 days later so i think the tradeoff is worth it. def recommend.

I’ve been using dragon for a few years now. They are top tier, I’ve only had one issue and they were very quick to resolve the issue my only real complaint is their response to messages be a little quicker but that is a very minor complaint. My best experience was I was leaving for vacation and needed my product before I left they went above and beyond so I could get it three weeks before I left

This is the worst website ever nothing is legit everything they have is wrong and incorrect. They are fake. They are not the real dragonPharmastore.
