I clicked on the website, let them know what I was looking for and the next thing I knew my phone was ringing off the hook with the six companies that BuyerZone referred.

Great response.

This site led me to believe I would get sales people who had the information I entered and be able to save me time. Instead I got a bunch of uninformed sales people all who tried to sell me a product that I did not want or need. Why ask so many questions and then not share the info with the sales people? Really disappointing and disingenuous. Thumbs down

The questionaire I thought was very precise and easy to work through. Great information was requested to understand what I was wanting further information on. However, when the sales rep called me just minutes after the questionaire was submitted, it's obvious all he read from it was my name and phone number because he asked all the same questions again. That to me, was very annoying. Why bother, - if I have to repeat everything moments later? Maybe just ask for our name and phone number instead of everything else since it will get asked again anyway.

I got Quotes within minutes of my request. The manufacturer told me to wait for 24 hours before I could get a quote. Thank You Guys!!!

I am so happy that AutoZone was open and the young lady was very willing to assist me in testing and replacing my battery at closing time last night. I really needed my car for work this morning and I was able to rest well knowing my car would start. Thanks Autozone.

Felt very much like a marketing bait and switch when I went to look at reviews and quotes.

I received calls immediately. I had not heard of the companies and they were not necessarily listed on your website.

Overall, terrible interface and experience. Waste of my time!

It really wasn't made clear that you'd be giving my phone number to multiple companies and they'd all be calling me! The whole reason I filled out the information was because it said you would be sending me quotes from different phone companies. Well, I didn't get any quotes, I just got about five or so phone calls from salespeople, which is exactly why I didn't just call companies directly in the first place, because I don't want to be hounded by salespeople. This was truly frustrating.

My intent in contacting Buyer Zone was to attempt to contact one firm regarding a telephone quote. Turns out, Buyer Zone is a referral company who turned it over to no less than 6 companies who pounced on me like fresh kill. While I do appreciate the promptness of the return calls, I do not appreciate the time lost having to return 6 calls.

I thought I would get immediate quotes. This turned out to be a lead gen site. Now I am being inundated.

Website was easy to use. However, there were no companies in my area so it didn't really help me. I will keep my business local rather than 200+ miles away or in another state.

I requested information about phone equipment, not a phone system. The calls I got were all about phone systems. Some said they only provided equipment to buyers of their systems. Not what I was looking for. To clarify the 2 star rating, the experience was simply inadequate but no friction. Callers hung up when they learned all I was looking for was equipment.

I posted an interest in business services and I was contacted quickly.

Fast response and many resources

I thought the questions were fairly straightforward in asking us for exactly what we were looking for in a copier as must-have versus trying to sell us a product with features that we just don't need or use or are willing to pay for at this time. I have received some e-mails regarding my inquiry from local businesses who are trying to find a product that meets the needs that I specified in BuyerZone.

I wondered as I filled out the detailed product questionnaire if it would be worth the work. Within 10 minutes I had spoken to 2 qualified vendors. By the one hour point 4 vendors had been in touch. Filling out the questionnaire was simple and though it took a little time it did result in all the contacts providing products that were on target. Will use this service again

Thank You for sending me 2 companies that provide same service. I did NOT like the first company. They DID NOT do a proper inspection of my home. Their estimate was over 2,000 dollars.
Second company which was soooo much more professional he NOT ONLY. completed a inspection of my home he went in the attic took pictures and showed me. He walked around my home with me and told me where the weak spots were. Their company was over 1,000 dollars cheaper than the first company. I signed up with the second company. Thank You for both companies it allowed me to make a informed decision and NOT GET RIPPED OFF....

After requesting information from the site for a metal building, I have received numerous calls several times, and all times of the day. Sometimes they call, hang up, then call right back. May or may not leave a message. High pressure sales. Need to call back immediately to save today only, etc. A week later, they still have the same scripted message. Needless to say, I won't buy from people like this! The repeated calls at all hours(especially when my daughter just had heart surgery and I was out of town) is totally not acceptable.

I don't mind the emails to my email address but you need to change the phone
number that they are calling. it is the wrong number and I was called and scolded .

Anything promised, prices quotes were non existent . Do not waste your time!
