Total scam! Don't waste your money. I received two small Chocolate Bars. I reached out to customer service, started a dialog regarding when I will receive the remainder of the shipment and I have not received any updates. Purchased March 8th, we are now in May.

Ordered Dubai Chocolate and it’s been two months since I placed the order and haven’t received it yet. I think the package was lost. I reached out to the customer service many times but they weren’t very helpful. They wouldn’t cancel the order and give me my money back. Do not waste your money ordering from them.

This company are scammers.
The chocolate that turned up was Chinese rubbish. I couldnt even eat it. The chocolate was fix chocolate advertised on their site, what you get is maybe a $3.00 bar. I ordered 4 bars of 3 flavors. What turned up was not even correct. They offered a 25% refund or a repeat order. They are piggybacking off another companies success and stealing money from us all. I'm down over $100nz dollars

My order was for 60$ and came after 2 months after 100 emails. Product was literally trash nothing as what I paid for. When I ask for refund they said only 20% refund.

This website is a complete scam. They opperate on social media sites ripping off the real ESSENZE chocolate company. They charge 50 USD for chocolates, advertise photos of fake products, blatantly lie claiming all of their products are from Dubai but in fact it is a 35 cent Chinese chocolate bar called "flavors of Dubai" with Chinese writing all over it. they have a refund policy and the will refuse to honor any of it claiming you are at fault for purchasing. Do not send money to these pathetic scammers.

This is scam!!The chocolate I bought is expired.Its too small.Very different from the advertisement.Its disappointing.Its from China and not Dubai.I just waste my money.Please DONT ORDER!!!Aside from it takes long days before the order arrived.

Yep I could see why they get twos. Never got my chocolate and Essenz don’t want to do anything about it. Worst experience for such an expensive chocolate

Just received these two lifeless sorry excuses for luxury chocolate. Tastes like plastic that barely melts in your mouth. I complained to the company and their resolution was to send me more of the same garbage or get 25% of the $70 I paid returned.

Sadly scammed by this store/company too.. Half the size of chocolates I ordered came after a month with like a styrofoary filling inside.. Looks disgusting, didnt even attempt to eat. Dont be fooled by their advertisement like me, what a waste of money!

I took my case to my bank and they made the company give me my money back. Thank God! The fake chocolate arrived anyway, all the way from China. It’s the size of a score bar, just about as thin and disgusting fake chocolate with a thin layer of green stuff in it.
This place is a big scam. Don’t fall for it. If you do, turn it over to your bank to get your refund.

This company is a complete fraud. In Facebook ad they show huge bars arriving in a cooler, what is received are two tiny bars the size of a Snickers. I didn't even bother opening and trying them. The thought that I was completely ripped off for over $60 is maddening. I filed a chargeback with my credit card company.

It took almost a month to receive these pathetic "Dubai chocolates" as they are shipped from China. Don't fall for the scam!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE made in China even thou they said from Dubai. even when i wrote them questioning it, they said they were from Dubai when it was being shipped out of China . its food and it been a month even got the melt proof protection which was a waste.

This company is a fraud. The chocolate bar is small and dry. They are also based in China and not in the US. Please do not buy.

Don’t be fooled everyone!!!

I ordered a dark chocolate and a milk chocolate under the promo of ‘buy two and get a surprise’. To my dismay, the bars of chocolates that arrived were quite small in sizes and no dark chocolate? I paid too much for chocolates that are not to what I expected it to be, so deceiving.

This company cannot be trusted at all!!!

SCAM!! DO NOT buy from this company. I bought Dubai chocolates back in march and throughout the entire process there was no communication. 30 days later I received the chocolates and it wasn't even edible. They make you purchase ice packs to ensure melting but having to travel for 30 days is ridiculous!!

total scam.return my money back asap, I will file a claim with my bank or file a claim in better business bureau. I didnot get any order number . I was buying a dubai chocolate that was advertised as made locally. not from China. and Not melted piece of garbage that I received

BUYESSENZ Dubai Chocolate R A SCAM. The website looks pretty, the Insta ads too. But what I received was 3 dry, rancid bars, no free gift, no way to return because it was gross to begin with. But they r quick to take your $$. No way to leave a review on their site. I sent an email to their customer service w/ pix of proof of what was sent. No response. They just take your money and pedal yuk. DON'T TRUST THEM!
