Fanstatic service from start to finish plus customer service was top too brilliant company to deal with so would recommend them

Ordered ink for my Epson printer. No email to confirm order but payment had been taken. I phoned two days later and spoke to a very pleasant and helpful lady who advised me my ink would be with me in the next couple of days, and it was so I would definitely order again, just don't expect confirmation email.

From ordering to receiving my ink cartridges was a dream, no fuss and delivery was very speedy. No immediate confirmation of order being placed but within hours received email thanking me for my order and stating I'd be kept informed of the despatch date. This they duly did and received them exactly when promised! Although I've not used the cartridges yet they look exactly what I ordered. Will certainly be ordering from Buy Ink Cartridges again!! Thank you

Epson, bless 'em, are no longer producing the ink cartridges for the model printer that I have. Buy Ink have bent over backwards and found me several cartridges which will tide me over until there are no more to be obtained. They have given me an excellent service and gone more than the extra mile - thank you!!

Ordered genuine HP 2-pack black & tri-colour inkjet cartridges at vg price on 14 October 2025. Order not acknowledged by seller but payment receipt from Paypal same day. Read some poor online reviews about seller. Informed by seller on 18 October order despatched - received today 20th October - four working days after ordering. Genuine HP packaging with Use By date March 2027. Test- printed alignment and image of flowers perfectly on my HP Office -Jet 5742 series all-in-one. Don't know how cartridges will perform over time but my experience of this seller to date is excellent. Genuine product with fast delivery.

As normal helpful and a good price

Ordered a print head for a specific printer.

When it arrived it was the wrong size and profile.

Contacted the seller who informed me it was FULLY COMPATABLE with THE printer I specified ...( This supplied info turned out to be complete Rubbish)

Asked me to send photo's which I did.

Next message was NO it does not FIT my printer please return.

Upon receiving their first message I attempted to fit the head causing a little case damage. and as such made the head NOT resalable.

I informed them I will not waste any more of both my time and money, playing their game of total incompetence.

I would suggest they acquire product knowledge of what they are selling, as well as NOT putting untruthful Ads in Ebay.

One unhappy customer who will not bother to use this company ever again.

Hi. I ordered HP cartridges on 17/06. Paid via PayPal. Like others, I got the PayPal email, but not an Order confirmation. The following day I was sceptical and then found these reviews, which report similar issues. I was thinking I had to do a 'plan B'. The nearest Currys had stock, but £10 more. Then on Thursday I got an email from RoyalMail saying to expect my delivery 21/06 (today). Cartridges now arrived and work 100%. Both in date. Best price by far plus free postage. I guess the dated website process means they can save a bit of money which results in the better price.

Had issue with ordering, no conformation, but spoke to a very helpful lady who was able to tell me the order was being processed. Invoice received, and full tracking. Cartridge worked perfectly (original HP). Very happy with the service, Just the front end online ordering needs a tweek.

Canon cartridges arrived, but before I got them printer gave up. Enquired about a return policy, 2 emails from the company then nothing. Make your own mind up on that!!!!

I'm just going to say shambolic ordering process and levae it at that, as I eventually jsut left the order.

This is one of the worst companies I have ever come across. Here are the main issues I had:
1. No email confirmation received when placing the order.
2. Cartridge took one week to arrive despite using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
3. The cartridge I received had an expiry date of 08/2021 (over 3 years ago) so I refused to use it.
4. Emails are only ever replied to in the evenings so you have to wait 24 hours before hearing from them again.
5. Even though I sent the cartridge back for a refund, no refund was made and they stopped replying to my emails, so the only option left was for me to raise a claim with my bank who thankfully agreed to refund me in full after nearly 6 weeks since placing the order.

Basically, they sent me an out of date product not fit for purpose and then refused to refund me, shocking way to run a business and treat your customers.

Ignore the negative reviews please.
This company provided me with original Canon Pixma Pro 200 ink cartridges at the cheapest price I've paid so far. The ordering process was seamless from using their website through to receipt of the cartridges by Royal Mail a couple of days later. I received an email to confirm my order, another email to confirm the order had been dispatched along with tracking details. I am so pleased to have found this company and will definitely be using them again for all my printer requirements. Thank you very much to buyinkcartridges.co.uk. A very satisfied customer!

I have been ordering from this company for some considerable time now. Yes, they DO look somewhat odd and their online order form is clunky (to put it mildly), BUT I have always had an email order confirmation from them and everything always arrives in good time. And they are clearly by far the cheapest supplier of OEM cartridges for my Canon Pro200.
I am very happy with them and recommend them unreservedly.

Placed an order. No e-mail confirmation sent. (1st red flag). Item came no contact details or return address anything in it. Put cartridge in printer and error message 05 came up. Old cartridge put back in an error message went. Called number on website which comes up as NG construction (2nd red Flag) and told never had an issue before with any Cartridge (3rd red flag). Told I would be sent a return label. No label sent. Trading Standards here I come.

Genuine Canon cartridges delivered as expected and as described. No email confirmation however, and the PayPal payment reference appears as "Corporate Express (UK) Ltd." The facility to track progress of an order via their website would be a useful improvement.

Sell same products cheaper the registered address is the same

Had the same as other people. I ordered some ink cartridges and paid with PayPal. I got an email confirming the payment from PayPal and heard absolutely nothing from buyinkcartridges.co.uk. After a week of nothing I asked PayPal for refund. I then got an email mail from the company saying they did not have my ink cartridges in stock. So why take the order? There is something odd about this company.

Something isn't right about these people. Placed my order. no confirmation email, in fact nothing from them.Emailed 2 days later asking if they received the order. Had a response late at night saying they only have one of the items I needed, if I was happy to have it out of its box or get a refund. I asked for a refund. Next day I called, which took ages, they said they did have the items and that they were already sent. I asked again for a refund,which I will only get if and when the 'items' arrive and I return them. Its all a bit dodgy to be honest.

Placed order with payment through PayPal on Thurs 4 July. Rec'd PayPal receipt but no communication from company. Started to worry that I'd made a serious mistake. However, package arrive today (Mon 8 July) and I'm really pleased. The original ink cartridges have a very long life time - Dec 2025 is the earliest. Well packaged, arrived very quickly, remarkably low price. Will definitely use again.
