Excellent Insulation & Buying Experience
The insulation is rubberised and has self sealing tape - it is excellent and far better than the foam insulation. The price is also extremely competitive and delivery was very quick. Thoroughly recommend.

Rubbish complaints handling
Pipe insulation so tightly crammed in the box that the adhesive strip had stuck all the insulation together in to a useless mess. I emailed on the day with pictures and they have ignored me. They also don’t pick up the phone

A mixed experience, mostly good
I had a mixed experience with Buy Insulation. I only required a small quantity of material. They were able to do this and their response to the order was speedy. One issue was that they actually delivered 100 times the order quantity. However, the driver was helpful and got agreement to cut off the quantity I had ordered.

So after writing this review this morning the insulation finally arrived, almost a week later than shown on their website. So now I have insulation I no longer require as I had to seek an alternative. I stick by my original post in that communication with this company is diabolical. Had they replied when I contacted them originally, hopefully between us we could have resolved the situation and I wouldn't have had to write this poor review.

Odered two bags of loose fill insulation from this company on 12 March 2025. No confirmation email received. No answer on telephone number displayed on their website, so left a message on the ee answering service, no response. Sent a message via their chat service, no response. Email sent and still no response. As I've now had to go elsewhere for my insulation, looks like I'll have no choice but to go back to my credit card company to get my money back.
Agree with others about multiple addresses and the address showing on my credit card appears to be a private house in Cheadle.
