Terrible post customer service. I had a problem with my items and they didn't give me any solution other than pay 200 euros for a delivery.

Well packed , Not installed yet. All looks good and what ordered came.

update on my experience below......
The company has now finally supplied a replacement dehumidifier and collected the faulty item.
So all is well but its shame it took 6 weeks and many emails to resolve

All is ok with this company during the buying process, generally good prices and quick delivery. however when Item goes faulty within 5 months of purchase they just don't want to know you.
For the past 4 weeks I have been trying to return a faulty dehumidifier which was purchased in December, courier never turned up to collect item, keep chasing customer services to book courier to collect item for return but just going round in loop. It looks like I will have to resort to small clams court to resolve this issue and obtain a refund. I am very disappointed with the way this company operates and I would not recommend them.

Fantastic and quick and great quality product

I ordered 2 products ( cooker and fridge/freezer)on 29th of April with a delivery date of 13th of May. My cooker arrived on the 12th of June. I am now trying to get a refund for my fridge and the delivery charges. I have been told another 5 days to hear back from couriers to find the fridge before they can process the refund despite having it on record that I only got the cooker.

Delivered on time. No hassle. The door is solid, exactly what I was looking for. It took my husband an hour to install. It's space saving. The only suggestion is to add a couple of spare hinges. The hinges tend to bend easily holding the door together.

I just want to leave a review as at first I was worried ordering from this site but turns out there's no need. I have ordered 2 bar stools which are really good quality and just as in the pictures. I'm so happy as I didn't have to spend a furtune and on top of that my order came within 4 days. Definitely would recommend buying from them 💕.

Bought an induction hob which was faulty on arrival. Asides buy it direct who got me to send them pictures and promised a reply within 24 hours. Needless to say there was no reply and have been chasing them
For three weeks now trying to get the item returned and my refund processed. Keep being told to wait another 24/48 hours. Left with no choice but to file a chargeback.

Bought an electric wall radiator from here. Long delivery time and difficult to speak to someone or get information on delivery date. Unlikely to use again.

Appalling customer service. Their use of HOMESMART for deliveries is truly a joke. Zero communication. They just tip up to your door and expect you to be waiting for them. No phone call prior to them arriving. If I could give zero stars I would.

Not happy with the laptop I received. They would not replace or refund even after multiple requests. The do not sell refurbished laptops, I believe they only used devices sold again. I could not use the my laptop I received as there were many issues with it, which I had to resolve myself. I also had to replace the battery on it. Will I buy from them again, I doubt it..

Good product. Reacheable customer service. Extremly slow delivery process to Ireland! I paid 100eu and waited for my product to delivered over 3 weeks! Very disapointing. Buy, if its not urgent!

For what your saving by buying it from Buyitdirect in comparison to the stores in Ireland it is well worth the wait. Plan well enough in advance and order. I got my TCL TV for nearly half the price of the stores including delivery.

Update on my bed and mattress delivery.. delivery June 2nd .. now June 15th . Emailed courier last week got call back Friday to say they have a van down my way sat . No sign on Saturday after sitting around the whole day . Called Monday morning.. told ahh they couldn’t locate it in warehouse. I’ll call you back . Called me back and yep we amazingly found it .. it’ll be out … tomorrow .. not today . Not sorry we’ll get it out today asap .. it’s tomorrow . When I said so not today .. I got the very condescending. “Well if your not around tomorrow we can do another day PAL”” This is the company BUYITDIRECT charge the customer for , for their deliveries

Bought a barbaque delivered on time just perfect

Never got a working product. Arrived damaged and due to work commitments , took 2 weeks to pick up. This was end of April.

Then the fun began.

It is now June 12th and we never got a replacement. Emails, calls, videos, pictures - DPD being clueless and several delivery dates. Twice, I took days off so I could be home to get the item and nothing. The staff at buyitdirect were nothing but polite and attentive so I have no ire for them but when the Irish arm of the company doesn't recognise a tracking number from the UK side of the company, then some thing is wrong. The heel dragging and the incompetence to deliver a single item is staggering. It was not confirmed to me but I suspect that the dehumidifier was lost by DPD. Finally got a refund- that was smooth enough.

Do not use DPD and think carefully before dealing with buyitdirect. It is a company that I will not deal with again.

Deliver was on time, prices were great and no issue with the product. Would recommend.
