Although a busy time of year, made even busier by a strike here and a strike there! BuyKingston still managed to fulfill their expectation of next-day despatch and the P.O. appearing 3 working days later.

Not as advertised. The laptop was sold as having Ryzen 9 CPU but arrived with the Ryzen 7 CPU instead.

Decided to order a tv through this site as they were selling it a cheaper price compared to others. Delivery said next day which was a lie, in fact it’s taken over a week and I had to ring the company to get my tracking number.

I got some excellent service from this company: I ordered some parts and left a note asking confirmation the parts were compatible. This needed to be checked, but the company sent the bulk of the order straight away, and then sent the additional parts the next day at no extra cost to myself. Great service, thank you very much!

I searched for an ironkey in Denmark, but it was not possible. Searched worldwide and found an ironkey at Buykingston at a reasonable price. I ordered last weekend and received delivery today, 5 working days later. The item was solidly wrapped and had no damage. I recommend Buykingston.

I have ordered with Buykingston 2 times and both have been excellent experiences. They had the stock they showed and delivered quickly and efficiently. I was a bit concerned when the billing name did not match the site name, but was all a great experience. Thank you.

Good quality products and well packaged, but the 4 working day delay before actually dispatching the products was a bit of an eye opener given the written next working day dispatch policy on their site.

If you need it in a hurry, you should probably look elsewhere or consider the more expensive delivery options. Genuinely wonder if it would have been dispatched next day if we'd chosen the faster & tracked or business express services.

Note: I'm talking dispatched, actually sent out, not the delivery time itself.
