This company is a scam. Forces subscription though I didn’t sign up. Automatically charged my cc without authorization. What a fraud.

They did a subscription for me without me knowing. I wrote to them to cancel my subscription and they lied to me that they did but next month I got another shipment. they offered to return my first shipment that was unwanted but, I did not, thinking that it would be that last one, and now when I want to return the new shipment they say I cannot return it! It is almost impossible to cancel the subscription on their site, I can only postpone it. I am sorry I did not read the reviews before. Now all these tricks and lies are making me think: are the products as good as they say? do they contain what they say they do? do they do what they are supposed to do? I cannot tell because you cannot measure the effect of a gum on your teeth. It may be just a gum.

Great gum, I like the fact it has that enamel rebuilding, and I used to chew gum with xylitol which this has and more. They are small square pieces, and 1 is ok but they are kinda small. Great flavor too

Love the mint gum just kinda upset tha I was supposed to get a mystery gift for my first order and only got the gum.

All three of my kids are enjoying the gum so far and i love that its healthier and good for their teeth. We feel like we are noticing whiter teeth already too!

So far, so good. My wife and I like the gum and we do know it will take some time to see results

I really like this gums taste and chewability. It stays soft and flavorful for quite a long time. The flavor outlasts my desire to chew on something! I like the subscription aspect since so much is done online for grocery shopping and it’s not like I’d find this in a store anyhow, so it’s a win-win. I’m about to get my third month so I’m going to try their toothpaste. My dentist applauded the remineralization aspect.

It is a scam! Buy directly from the supplier on Alibaba or Aliexpress just type underbrush! The subscription is fraudolent according to european law. The button says pay now undreneath in the small text you have written that it is a subscription. At no other poin you find it. In their app you dont see it.

I went to the dentist appointment recently for a left side deep cleaning. The feed back from the dental hygienist said that my teeth were looking great, very clean, gums looking healthy. I've been using the toothpaste and gum.

The company reached out and got things handled.

I am raising my star level to 3, because it had to come to this point.

I respect all businesses and want them to grow when operating correctly.

I was acknowledged, heard and things were handled when taken up with senior leadership.

It shouldn’t have had to go there, but it was expressed they are correcting the speed bumps and making the proper corrections to increase client satisfaction and for that, I appreciate the efforts.

I appreciate the how things were managed and I’d give them another shot for the rough beginning.

I’m pissed because I have no clue how I entered a subscription!!

Somehow a month later, I get an email saying my new shipment is coming.

PAUSE!!

I never thought I signed up.

I thought I just got a deal and paid for the items and that was that.

I then go through cancellation process which you have to do because they “can’t.”

I found the fine print to unsubscribe to something I had no clue I subscribed to.

Then still said they had no co trol and they still sent the product.

Close to $100 of gum. Ahhahahahahah

Then I get the package, the company name is no where.

And I can’t even deny and do return to sender.

I’m sure I know have to pay for the shipping in hopes to get the refund back because I’m sure they’ll have something to say.

First of all I got auto-subscribed to receive this every month...

Then after contacting to cancel the first month I get ignored and get charged AGAIN 30 days later...

You cannot create a subscription product that's near enough impossible to cancel.

Then at the cancelation stage have 10 upsells & crosells beging to stay.

Regardless of product quality, this is unecceptable service delivery...

Been using this gum for two months now, and when I tell you my teeth feel stronger, that's an understatement! I chew it while on the treadmill, keeps my mouth from getting dry and cleans my teeth/gums at the same time!

I would leave ZERO stars if I could. The customer service is terrible. Took 3 days to get them to send instructions on how to cancel and it was difficult. The ingredients are not accurate and it is a knock off of the Nathan and sons OG gum made with the actual ingredients listed. This company uses chemicals! They give free toothpaste that has fluoride. Company is a sham and I am very displeased to say the least

ITS A SCAM any purchase is a subscription, even when subscription and account is deleted they still take payments without consent.

They will not do any refund when items are shipped, which is why they wait till its sent out, to charge for the order.

Love the products especially the gum! A gum that lasts and is good for your teeth 👍🏻
My whole family enjoys the taste and ’chew’. We have been a subscribing member for over 3 months now and will continue our subscription (approved product).
We share the gum with others and they enjoy it too.

Easy process great information

I signed up for LarineCo's remineralizing gum subscription back in mid-2025. Everything seemed fine at first, but when I decided to cancel in early November 2025, I sent a clear written cancellation request via email.
Instead of canceling, their support team replied with a classic retention pitch—discounts, skip shipments, the works—while completely sidestepping my actual request to end the subscription. I followed up with a second written cancellation a few days later. Crickets. No cancellation, no acknowledgment.
They kept charging my card anyway: four straight months (November 2025 through February 2026), totaling $378.38 in charges I never authorized after asking to cancel.
In February 2026, I sent a formal demand letter citing the FTC Negative Option Rule, California's Automatic Renewal Law, and Arizona's Consumer Fraud Act. Their response? They refunded only the last charge ($97.97) and refused the remaining $280.41, claiming the products were "already delivered." That excuse doesn't hold up legally when the charges continued after I'd canceled in writing. A follow-up demand got zero reply.
At this point I've filed official complaints with the FTC, the California Attorney General, and the Arizona Attorney General, and I've also started a bank dispute for the rest of the unauthorized charges.
The gum itself might be decent—who knows—but the subscription handling feels straight-up predatory. They seem to make cancellation deliberately hard, ignore written requests, and keep billing until you fight tooth and nail.
Strongly advise against subscribing. If you're tempted, look elsewhere—save yourself the headache.

My daughter loves the bubblegum flavor! It's kid friendly and better than the sugary gum out there.
