Technically as described with good follow up (and no longer "but not customer first")
No as clear as they could be on the import guidelines, it's on the website but in the small print. Definitely buyer beware, especially if it's not something you do often.
Also the average size of the piece (also on the website) I guess covers a multiple of sins. Got a slight bigger lower grade but a smaller higher grade item. Definitely a slightly sour taste remaining after this purchase.
EDIT: must give props to BuyLeatherOnline for reaching out after this review and working to make their website clearer for new customers. Based on their action I would purchase from them again (without the suprise associated with my first purchase). Also had a chance to use my purchase and the product itself is good. Other companies could learn from BuyLeatherOnline about customer service.

Got hit with a £50 import charge that I was not expecting
Min order £130 to the Uk and then £50 charge cost of the leather went up to £180 not happy to get that sort of surprise
