I made an order, paid for it and received a confirmation email that the order was being processed. Later, I received another email telling me that the delivery is "on hold" until a mandatory "RISK insurance fee" is paid, they are asking for £157 on top of the original payment. They are refusing to refund my payment claiming "The parcel has been dispatched and is out of our hands".
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
