Non existence of Returns process
Orders arrived promptly. However, having to return goods has been an extremely disappointing process. No response back from the online Return Form. My return is still in pending status. The my account "Message" service fairs no better leaving messages. Have left numerous messages on the landline number with no responses back. Resorted to sending email which I am not hopeful in either.

My item arrived promptly but failed almost immediately. I am trying to return it but all attempts to contact Buymystuff has failed. Their phone number is continously engaged and emails remain unanswered. They have a 'returns' procedure but so far it hasn't worked...
