I’ve had the good the better and now the best
I have received two orders waiting on the third first order had a little two day delay in shipping no big deal second order came July 3 and wasn’t supposed to be here until July 6 so that was a big plus and my third order they offered the five cartridges get one free customer service is great. Their response has been almost immediate every time I have emailed them and the discounts and points program are great and the $10 off for using bitcoin I really like that as well so I can say so far so good knock on wood chiefin 24/7

Refused to remedy a situation
**update: after exchanging multiple emails- their best offer to remedy the situation was to recommend another product. Anyone else find that offer less than helpful?

I recently placed an order for a vape pod. In the description it did not say I had to buy a special battery for it, nor did it show pictures of the pod like in other listings. I tried to get the battery locally but no one sells it. I reached out to see if they would do anything to remedy the situation and they did nothing. I am a brand new customer..... Here is their email response: I understand your frustration. After reviewing your order, I can confirm that the item you purchased was a STIIIZY pod only. The listing is for the replacement pod and does not include the compatible STIIIZY battery.
