I had a great experience with BuyNewSpecs. I sent them a beautiful pair of vintage sunglasses with a retro 1974 frame. My local optician couldn’t fit prescription lenses, as they were worried the frames might break. I decided to take a chance and mailed them to BuyNewSpecs, and I’m so glad I did, they came back looking even better than before. I didn’t mind waiting the two weeks plus delivery time, as the result exceeded my expectations. I’d gladly recommend this business, especially if you have fragile, retro frames in need of new lenses.

Very easy to order - I got my prescription from Specsavers and then used it to get a cheap pair of prescription reading glasses for the car.
35 Euro including shipping and anti-glare coating.

I got my glasses, they are great, but took 3 weeks to arrive, as I was unable to contact them I was worried, but they came, I would use these guys again knowing now that there is a 3 week wait,

I had purchased glasses to try the prescription and frames, after reading the reviews and seeing that I could be refunded if I was unhappy. I discovered I can only be partially refunded, and I am a little disappointed as the frames do not look like the picture.

I have ordered a pair prescription sunglasses with them. Everything was perfect, I'm very happy with the quality and price, highly recommended.

Glasses took a little while to arrive (maybe even a month) but they are perfect, great quality and great price including postage. Very satisfied with my experience.

My wife and I used this company to buy new glasses before Christmas. There was a slight delay due to the busy time of year but when we emailed the company they reassured us that our new glasses were on the way. Overall this is a very good company to buy your new glasses from as the quality of the glasses and customer service is top class

I bought a pair of prescription glasses which were required urgently - 2 weeks before Christmas. I had lost a pair and one stem of my back-up pair was sellotaped.
I placed an order with Buy New Specs. First of all the lady on the phone was very courteous and very professional that assisted me placing the order online.
I found the service very efficient. I'm thrilled with the glasses. The stems are very robust which are often quite fragile and the first to break. The colour and type are exactly as they appear on the website. Total price circa €48 plus postage.

The glasses arrived Christmas Eve just in time for Christmas and movies.
I was so happy I have since placed an order for prescription sunglasses.
I would highly recommend Buy New Specs.

If it was possible to give minus 10 stars I would.
Ordered 2 pair of glasses nearly 6 weeks ago and still haven't received them.
I did get an email last week apologising for the delay then also saying I should have them in the post soon.
Still no glasses avoid this crowd at all costs.

No means of contact. Phone number is out of order, no replies via email or twitter. Very poor customer service. Doggy????

Ordered my new glasses, they said should get in 14 days, but I've received in 5 working days. Ireland. Really good customer service and fast shipment. I would recommend this site 100% if you are looking for new glasses.
