I needed to return my order - but this company, though they state they accept returns within 14 days, do not provide details of how to return an item eg what address to return to. They do not answer their emails, and their phone number is invalid. you cannot even find the return details within the 14 day period.
I have no complaint with their product but customer service is non existent and returns are impossible. Steer clear.
