I was made to believe ordering on their website would be quick and convenient, but it turned into a complete nightmare. I had initially paid for the service to be expedited and was giving a particular timeframe which the product would arrive. Sadly weeks passed without any updates or tracking information from them and no way of knowing if my passport was sent or not. Their customer care was always unresponsive. I was running out of options but fortunately I did some digging and I happened to find a telegram seller who processed my passport faster. I had no difficulty using holoprofiles! Their processing was fast, even after I was skeptical at first they still proved that they’re trustworthy.

sam scam scam dont give these batard monies son of itches

Total Scam. Do not send these scam artists any money. I have learned the hard way & out 5 K. They talk the talk but definitely don't walk the walk. After they rec'd the final amount before registering the PP, DL & BC I have rec'd zero reply's to any emails. Do not get conned by these people. This was the email they sent me:
"We have run into some problems. We need to adjust citizenship for the name on the documents. For this there are some people we need to bribe. You have to pay additional $2100 USD."

I replied no will not send you the money. Then asked them to forget the passport & just send me the other documents and use the money that was to pay for the passport to finalize the other documents. They said no. That says it all. Scam, Scam, Scam.
