Broken on arrival
I ordered a freezer drawer which was the wrong size (it doesn't fit our freezer at all). I blame myself, although there are no size indications on the BuySpares site which didn't help.
The freezer drawer was a replacement for a broken one. Unfortunately the replacement arrived also broken.
