Overall satisfied. Product search on site is good and helpful. Sending long because piece came from out side of France (uk) Instruction video on the website was of a different model.

Part never received but sent back to BuySpares
I ordered a part on 31/12/2020. It was sent immediately. Now on 15 Jan 21 I read that it is being sent back to buyspares, whilst I never received it. I hope I will be refunded. I have lost more than 2 weeks, during which I have been with no washing machine. Part was dispatched from UK, I fear that Brexit made organisation collapse.

Speedy work and excellent service
Very fast service to buy and deliver the replacement part. The price was high, but lower than the price offered by the original manufacturer. The part was exactly as described. I would return to this site.

Payment method not trustworthy
I waited a month and was then told I had to telephone the UK from France and give my credit card info over the phone to a person. No way to pay online! Amazingly bad for the digital age. And not a trustworthy method.

Poor universal part sent. Rectified.
I used the search for my cooker and got a direct hit. I did not notice it was a "universal" part which did not fit properly and i had a lot of work to modify. If you don't have the right part. Say so. Poor. Be careful. ....
Update: BuySpares offered to replace the part by return which is good service. Rating amended. Can't argue with that.
