Overall satisfied. Product search on site is good and helpful. Sending long because piece came from out side of France (uk) Instruction video on the website was of a different model.
They found the right pièce. Called back to make sure, and when it wasn't (my fault) still reimbursed me and helped me get further references

Production was broken
Piece was broken. The pieces were in a box with no protection. So it was obvious that they were going to be damaged on arrival. In order to get new ones it was very complicated. So I just used some glue to repare it. :-(
I think for expensive items the procedure was making sense. But for a item which didn’t cost a lot you should simply trust the pictures I sent and send the items well protected again.
The rest was very professionel. Order, Customer Service etc....

One small complaint
The delivery service and return service could not be bettered. My only complaint is that my item had to be returned because it was displayed on the website without any dimensions shown - so I had to hazard a guess that it would be correct, and it wasn't.
