They sent me the wrong piece and treated me as if it were my problem. I sent the piece back after a lot of mails back and forth and I have received no news as to receipt of it nor substitution despite me asking for feedback.

Although I have not yet installed the control unit I have bought, I have highly appreciated the ease of finding the correct item in one of the best websites of this category. Delivery cost and time are more than acceptable.
I have also had the opportunity to chat with their assistance getting all the answers I needed.
