Alex, I've been intending to tell you for some time now how impressed I am with you and your "company" You are professional and "go the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied' and taken care of. Ever since our first questionable encounter, It's been nothing but clear sailing. I know that you salesmem sometimes "pose" as each either and sometime will represent the same company, but YOU (Alex) do the extra for the customer and the company whenever possible. I have been "burned" by jerks at other sites, but you are a man of your honor and word.

Great Customer Service and follow-through
18 January 2022 update: A replacement package with the correct product was shipped and received safely. BuyTapenta has been very good about communicating with me following the initial hiccup of shipping out the wrong product. Delivery time was great. Pricing is higher than competitors, but the customer service follow-through is excellent making BuyTapenta my new first choice for medications.

Re: Order # 242989. Delivery time was 10 days. Unfortunately, the package DID NOT contain what I ordered. I have contacted BuyTapenta via email AND by text message and I am waiting for a response back. I would like to have BuyTapenta ship me the product I ordered.

I initially received no response when I tried to contact buytapenta via email and phone. That issue has now been resolved. I will be placing an order and will share my experience with their customer service and delivery time after my product arrives.

Buytapenta has good customer service, and they also have good shipping considering they ship from Europe. I'm located in America and recieved my package withim around three weeks. The quality of the package was up to par with what I expected and the packaging itself was discreet. My only complaint would have to be the prices. I think if they lowered their prices I would feel confident in giving them five stars. That being said, they recieve a four star rating from me. I am satisfied overall.
