Made an order which showed there was stock, one month later asked where my order was and cancelled it immediately. Clear if I didn't chase they would just keep my money. SCAMMERS

Terrible company with non existent customer service. Ordered an xbox controller and was sent a switch controller. When I contacted the seller they were very rude and would not accept that they were wrong. I sent evidence of my order form and also a screenshot from their website which I'd thankfully taken. This showed they had the wrong part number next to the wrong product. Strangely after I pointed this out the website was updated!
What started out as an email to advise them that they'd made an error and how could I send the incorrect item back and get the correct one turned into an abusive email chain.
Disgraceful

Awful customer service. My parcel was delivered to the wrong address and the retailer wouldn’t help me resolve the issue, they took no responsibility saying the courier was responsible for the delivery. However the courier company insisted the wrong address came from the retailer and referred me back to the seller. When I went back to the retailer explaining what the courier company said they wrote a really rude reply saying “For a start what is your order number? We have a lot of customers so finding your order without any information is finding a needle in a haystack.” A terribly unprofessional way to deal with a customer. I’d wasted so much time on this that I made a dispute via my bank and had it refunded immediately. It’s really put me off Yodel and BuyTechToday.

A site of helpful and efficient product. Excellent customer service, as they provided my product within time I asked. It was a pleasure to buy from this site. I can now trust them more and I won't use anyone else now. Thanks!
