I have been a client for more than a year and made several orders.

My last order didn't get to me and Nick doesn't want to refund me even if I bought insurance.

Deeply disappointed...

Update: I provided official emails from the local post provider. No reaction or action from the seller.

They sent my IQOS 3 Duo as promised. Very honest company and I would order again. Time in transit may be a bit long because of Russian and US customs. Very happy with my order.

RECIEVED MY PACKAGE 6 CARTONS IN TOTAL. ALL CARTONS WERE EXPIRED, ASKED FOR REFUND( I WANT TO RETURN EXPIRED GOODS)...AND NO REPLY TO ANY OF MY EMAILS. THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND SO DISAPPOINTING. Wow you just replied to my post within in hr, but you don't reply to my request for a refund! First off I didn't purchase heets. If you had bothered checking before writing your reply. I ordered 2 months ago, my country sent it back, but you refuse to answer either. I've been waiting for my money back for a couple of weeks now, I can't even see the website from today. Didn't come in for me, not trustworthy!

I placed my order on Apr 2 and still not receiving my goods yet. Have been following up the seller since Apr 21 and apparently the goods have been returned by Russian Custom. Asked for refund and the seller refused and then I continue to following up and no response. The seller is irresponsible and don't care about customer at all. Please do not buy from this seller!

I never received my purchase ( 2 months has gone)nor money back,customer service is not helping, unfortunately I cannot recommend this site as a reliable! More than 500 swedish cronas just flied away invein :(

I write this to help others like me. The seller was very professional, prompt, polite, no unusual requests. Payment method was as described on the site. Prices very reasonable and a secure transaction. I'm a real customer not a bot or trying to up-review. I had some shady experiences with other sellers so it was a relief to finally doing business with a reliable seller. Keep in mind that post office will be slow but you do get a tracking number that you can track with your local mail carrier.

Received the item what i ordered and intact with good packing. From the time I ordered online, I was getting regular updates on my package with the tracking number.
