I ordered a Glucometer and was sent a pulse oximeter. I've sent messages with no response. I sure would Not recommend this company. The pulse oximeter took about 6-7 weeks to arrive.
Bad, I ordered from the website. The provider they gave me always says they will send the package, however until today is not send! I contacted the donation company I gave donations to; they confirmed no money was received.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! Ordered and paid for two girls jewellery boxes in November 2021. Received email confirmation of receipt of my order, but no further communication (eg re delivery). Tried ringing the mobile No given,it rang a few times then went dead. Sent a Live Chat message, received no response. Sent an email asking for a response to my Live Chat message and telling them that unless they responded within 24 hours and provided a delivery date then I would refer the matter to my credit card company for them to resolve. When by 22/12/21 there had been no response and the goods still had not arrived, I asked my credit card company to refund me via their Chargeback service and have now received my money back. Wish I had read the other reviews left on Trustpilot before ordering !!!

DO NOT BUY. As everyone else has said you do not receive the goods you order. They do not respond to any emails, their live chat does not work & the phone number they give is unavailable. They take your money though!!!!
