I am extremely frustrated with this company. They took my money immediately, but my complete order was never delivered. I reached out to ask about a delivery or refund. The customer service is completely unreachable, offers zero explanation, and hasn’t even issued an apology. This feels like a complete rip-off. Because they refuse to respond or resolve this, I am now contacting my bank to initiate a chargeback and cancel the payment .Save your time and money. There are plenty of other companies selling the exact same products that actually value their customers. This has been the worst shopping experience ever. Avoid them at all costs!

I have used their site / store twice now, the customer service is just brilliant and their products, likewise.
Would strongly recommend to those looking for skincare optimisation.
