A best price and great service
I was looking for a particular outside security camera and Buyur had it at a very good price. It was very easy to use the website and place the order, I like the look and layout of the website.
Delivery was quoted as 3 to 5 days as I took standard free delivery, and it arrived in the morning on the 5th day. It was a Royal Mail delivery, which can often be hit or miss, but I received a tracking number and was able to follow the delivery all the way to a 2-hour window on the day of delivery. It arrived in the first 30-minutes of that 2-hour window.
I think selling direct may be a fairly new approach for them as I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from Buyur asking if the ordering process had gone well and another call after 5-days asking if it was delivered on schedule. If this is the standard of service and attention to detail Buyur are working at now I don't think you'll have any problems buying from them in the future.
