After having bought tickets for UPW Birmingham which was supposed to take place in 2020 and then unfortunately got canceled, postponed etc due to covid, it’s been very difficult to get in touch with this company. I’ve tried reaching out numerous times and never got any response. Then a couple months ago they finally sent out an e-mail to all tickey holders saying the event would finally take place in July 2023. Unfortunately I can’t make it to the event as I’ll be giving birth around that time and I’ve been trying to now get in touch about how to go about either getting a refund or selling my tickets to a third party, but again zero response. Absolute incompetent company selling an expensive product.

I purchased a ticket for £1099 to go and see tony robbins in 2020. The event was cancelled due to covid. I was emailed and asked if I wanted to transfer my ticket to 2021 again this was cancelled along with 2022- not sure why there was no 2022 event. I understand there won’t be a 2023 event but nobody is replying to the emails that I have sent with a refund request. Sadly I am going to have to seek legal action. I cannot recommend doing business with these thieves.
