I would thought that if you paid more for a next day delivery they would actually despatch it on time but no they have stock issues so don't despatch it on time.
Then they send it by APC, used to be good now moved local depot to miles away and can't be bothered to deliver.
I waited in all day for my parcel started as coming in a 2 hour window from 14:00 and eventually by 20:11. What i didn't get told is the driver went home at 18:57 and wouldn't bother delivering.
Usual t and cs rubbish from v2. So if you want it urgently look elsewhere. Lucky I managed to find someone who delivered my products NEXT DAY. And unlike APC overnight.
Definitely food for thought for my future orders.

I had a faulty Vape and Ruth went over and above to send me a replacement out within 24 hours which is why I gave five stars. Although i got a bit impatient due to royal mail issues I apologise. Overall I am happy the replacement vape works fine and just a suggestion use dpd as faster and more reliable delivery though i understand cost. Maybe customer could be given option on rtn service. even if a cost is involved for them. That said I received my vape fairly quickly so im happy thank you V2 and Ruth for great customer service

I quit smoking years ago, thanks to V2 cartridges. Good products and prices. Promp dispatch of orders.a good company with lovely people, especially Tracey and Ruth in customer service. Highly recommend V2 if you want to quit tobacco!

It is so easy to order from V2, lots of choice and fair prices even the rewards scheme helps. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who vapes or even if you are a smoker and want to give up tobacco. It worked for me and I've never looked back !
