I have been using Buzz.ai for more than four years now, and it has been extremely important in finding and connecting with future members of our leadership groups. During this time, my connections have grown from 1.200 to almost 10,000. I could not have done this manually.

Buzz.ai has been really helpful for our sales team. It's made it much easier to personalize our emails and automate a lot of the tedious tasks, like following up with leads. It's definitely saved us time and helped us connect with more potential customers. I'd recommend it to other sales teams.

The platform is user-friendly, and the support staff is excellent.

Good product. Does take a little time to learn all the tricks and what you can do. Its a little hard to understand what stage the campaign is in but the information is there you just have to learn the view. Solid training and excellent support so far. I have been on the platform for 60 days. The product is very good for LinkedIn communication and the video feature is outstanding. It's OK for email as well but I prefer to use my ATS for most email communications.

I have used a lot of companies in this space for myself and my clients over the last 6 or 7 years, and Buzz is the best. Specifically, they have the best features and support.

Huge scam company, I've heard so many horror stories about overcharging your card for an annual licence, and refusing to refund. Stealing customers, software is flawed with bugs.
I also heard they stole 1000s of customers from konnected who temporarily used their platform causing them to have to rebrand. Stay WELL Clear!

I echo the sentiments of other one-star reviews: this is akin to selling snake oil. LinkedIn's value lies in the quality of your network, not merely the quantity. Invest your time and money in crafting meaningful content instead of automating outreach. Moreover, they charged me a year after I closed my account and were slow to respond.

Absolute scam. I’ve been charged over $500 and haven’t even even used the service. They’re crazy. They just enter numbers and hit the charge button on random dates. I’ll add screenshots. And their email department have been giving me the runaround for weeks now just to add that cherry on top of their absolutely horrible customer service. I hate leaving bad reviews. Trust me. This is the last thing I wanna do, but I gotta let other people know just avoid them. There’s other ways to get the service you need.
