What I like is the staff are very helpful and friendly but not enough staff
What I dislike is queues at weekends at book sales and the bar I frequently miss big bite bingo

Yesterday we visited Buzz Bingo for the evening bingo slot. We are not regular bingo visitors and normally go to the Wakefield branch. Last night we came to the barnsley branch and I was blown away by the customer service throughout the evening. Justin the gentleman who attended to us at the front desk was simply amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He explained everything to us, as we had never used the iPads before at bingo, and made sure all night that we were ok. His customer service was second to none all evening. It made the experience such a positive one for us that we know we will be attending regularly from here on in. I just wanted to take the time to write this as such customer service is rare and should be recognised.

Fabulous customer service and so many examples of the staff who love customers and just go out of their way to ensure they have a great visit. A place were people of all ages 18-108 are made to feel welcome..5 stars

i,m single alone currently so nice to get out n kinda mingle with people who enjoy playing bingo like myself

I used to love coming for a game of bingo but since the introduction of the electronic boards, I honestly cannot see the point. It’s ruined the game in my opinion. I like to play the paper game, however, can’t see the point when someone on the boards can have hundreds of cards! All about the profit yet again.

Had a fantastic weekend with you,Saturday was summer party n wow did you excel yourselves you all worked lithe little bees on the go all the time n spending time with us customers plus loads of gifts drinks on arrival,prizes staff dressed up brilliant atmosphere then on Sunday went on a coach trip to Morecambe where again Daniel and Kath looked after us playing games on the bus n we all got a present on the way back so Thank you all so much xx

All staff are wonderful an so helpful, everything is pretty straightforward an simple to follow an the food and drink is good too

Do not use Buzz bingo Barnsley, car park!!
I booked through Just Park app all in order no mistakes 2 weeks later I received a PCN from someone called Group nexus . Totally false accusation. Buzz Bingo management should sack these crooks immediately.
Since my review I have been in touch with Buzz Bingo and they have explained they do not administer the car park at BB Barnsley and therefore have no control of Group Nexus . Despite this they have kindly agreed to lobby Group Nexus on my behalf ,which I am grateful for.

The new live shows being on in the afternoon is better for I do play sometimes on a night but not as much now I can play in the afternoons. I love Heather Ann she is a credit to buzz bingo also have to mention Charles he's amazing as well but defo got to mention Joey a pleasure to look at him while playing bingo 😀

I’ve been treated appallingly by Buzz bingo, after being a member for over 2 decades. Played online during lockdown, which I never had before- visiting club twice a week with friends only. After a while online, I was invited to join diamond club, with extra treats for “bigger spenders”. Then diamond club said they needed proof of income from everyone, including 3 bank statements. I didn’t want to provide this, so chose instead to leave diamond club, and maintain my confidentiality of information. Next I know, I visit club after lockdown, 13th April 2021, and after about an hour of play, I was asked to leave by manageress in front of everyone , saying only that my account was closed, and that I had to ring “safer gambling team” to reopen. Long story short- after suffering that incredibly embarrassing ejection from club, contact from SGT has been poor; I emailed recently having heard nothing for 6 months(!) and I’m told I’m still unable to go to club because I can’t evidence my cash income.
Humiliating, shoddy, rude, uncaring (lots of apologies but only when I contacted them, never the other way around) unprofessional third rate service. Join a different club if you have any self respect.
