Great Park is a place to go for a fun
Great Park is a place to go for a fun, entertaining night. The staff are friendly and really make you laugh. Nikki the manager must spend hours arranging FREE prize draws every single week for customers. I dont see how more people dont go as you can win some fab prizes such as TXL package which is 150 tickets. These draws are done a couple of times a week. Definitely worth entering. They also have free bingo in the afternoons and evenings on paper so really do a lot for their customers. Richard is a very professional bingo caller and Sharon makes you feel so welcome with her friendly manner. Hannah is also very friendly who normally works on the bar, always asks how you are and makes conversation with you. Lovely place to go to for an afternoon or evening out.

The first & last time !
My boyfriend & I signed up with 2 friends saturday evening hoping to have a fun night, disappointed isn't the word.
never met so many miserable-looking workers in a long time along with a very abrupt irish worker who looked stressed with no time for customers.
the food we had was fine , a handful of friendly welcoming customers , but a large, disruptive group situated at the back of the hall was so noisy that other patrons intervened on multiple occasions to request quiet. Staff members in close proximity failed to address this issue, creating an unpleasant environment for paying customers.
During a bingo game , a female cook was distinctly heard swearing loudly as another staff member entered the kitchen. Such behaviour is completely unacceptable in a customer-facing environment.
Bingo games were great fun but the promotion stated televisions to be won whoever called full house in last half , which was 1 of the reasons why we went , but it appeared that was not the case if a full house was to be shared.
i discarded my membership card & we shall be visiting mecca instead unfortunately.

Buzz great park. Why are you not going?
What a great night yet again. It was the game show weekend and they were giving away a tv with every second half full house. Avoid dont win only the managers friends who he talks to win and there is no way this place can stay open when I pay and never win but the same old faces win who I know and see the manager and staff can't make it anymore obvious they r gonna win as always. If the old customers go and don't win will go else where or stop going completely and I refuse to keep paying money to be ripped off. I have paid for books only to find on 3 occasions they haven't been added and not been refunded. I wanna say more harsh words but I won't as I have manners.
An update for the so called managers at buzz great park nicki didn't have the guts to speak to me about my feedback but dan said I ( i have really crapped on this club but still got the guts to come in) shocking how they speak to customers and again I didn't win even tho I had a top package cause dan had rigged it once again he was very rude when trying to intimidate me when u was making up his crappy excuse for his poor management skills shame on u fan and nikki no respect. Dan also told the staff to not speak to me if he thinks that's acceptable then he should be sacked for telling staff not to talk to the customers and yes he was trying to be a big peacock but I didn't give a hoot what his lame excuses was.
Best thing is to stay away from this corrupt dump and the managers r taking back handers to let there friends and family win and dan strutting around like a peacock more like moron thanks for barring me I see how corrupt this shit hole is.

Buzz truly exceeds expectations
I enjoy the competitions where you can win extras and get more chances to be a winner for a cheaper price. I'm not very lucky but the staff and the people I bingo with make every occasion spent there worthwhile. Good job Buzz you are my favourite place to go

The manager at great park does nothing…
The manager at great park does nothing to make anyone feel welcome why can’t we have Anthony back ? There is an air of don’t care about the place and used to be a really friendly well run club .

Great place about 5 years ago when it was gala. terrible first and definitely last time back in 5 years, women on reception felt the need to embarrass me in front of other customers regarding my account, machines were the worst I have ever played and the staff were not welcoming at all. never again! Well what a really bad establishment…
Well what a really bad establishment BUZZ BINGO RUBERY PARK WAY is!!! My mother has been going for absolute years and they've hardly never got the beer on tap running... but today was the last straw when she was ACCUSED of bringing her own bottles in! How dare the new ROBERT point the finger at my mum. When she just had to pay through the roof for FOUR cans at the bar because they can't be bothered to sort the pumps out. Absolute discrace!!!!!!!!! Definitely need to think about getting a new manager hasnt been the same since the lovely ANTHONY left. Just appalling behave if im honest!
